On January 13, 1982, the Commission's Division of Licensing (DL) completed their review of your request to reduce the Ginna reactor containment setpoint from 5 psig to 4 psig as comitted to by your letter dated December 30, 1980 and proposed as a Technical Specification change on December 11, 1981. It is our understanding that the issuance of Amendment No. 47 to License No.
DPR-18 on January 13 completed the required Technical Specification change requested by DL's letter dated July 15, 1981.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not remitted with either of your December submittals.
The DL review staff has determined that this action, as supported by their related Safety Evaluation issued on July 15, 1981, involved consideration of a single safety issue and as such required a Class III fee of $4,000.
There-fore, it is requested that your company remit this sum to our office, Sincerely, Original Signed bg'7n.
