Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
We have reviewed the SEP draft evaluation for topic III-7.A, transmitted by your letter dated December 28, 1981.
As you know, we are currently conducting an extensive investigation of the containment tendons.
As a result of the investigation, a report has been submitted by separate letter dated February 1, 1982.
We believe that any changes in our containment tendon surveillance program should be pursued in conjunction with the current tendon investigation rather than separately through the SEP.
