Me have received a copy of your application dated June 19, 1981~which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review, and was approved by ONRR on June 30, 19&1.
The application requested an ex-tension of completion dhtes for certain items related to fire protection (10 CFR 50.48) at the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
A fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was not remitted with your application for this approval.
Based on information provided Py the ONRR staff as a result of their final review of your request, it has been determined that this application involved a review of an administrative nature.
As such, a Class II fee of $1,200 is due and it is requested that this sum be remitted to us.
