, By letter dated January 10,
- 1983, RGGE committed to provide additional'information relative to items categorized as I.B and II.A in the Franklin Research Center TER attached to the NRC's December 13, 1982 "Safety Evaluation Report for Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment."
In the intervening period, 10 CFR 50.49 has been issued.
In paragraph (g) of this rule, it is required that an identification of the electric equipment already qualified be made, and that a schedule for qualification or replacement of the remaining electrical equipment be submitted.
This is the same information requested in the December 13, 1982 NRC letter.
RGGE presumes that the schedule stated in 10 CFR 50.49(g) supersedes previous NRC requests for information.
RGSE thus plans to meet that schedule, rather than the one established by our January 10, 1983 letter.
