Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
On Septemb'er 15 and 16, 1982 a Design Review Board was convened to review the proposed Ginna steam gen'erator sleeving program.
The uncorrected transcript of the Review Board was submitted to you by letter dated October 27, 1982.
Since that time, the transcript has been reviewed and corrected.
Enclosed are four copies of the corrected transcript of the September 15 and 16 Design Review Board meeting.
The transcript is proprietary to Babcock and Wilcox.
Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(b),
we request that they be withheld from public disclosure.
An affidavit supporting nondisclosure is enclosed with the tran-
