Mr. John E. Maier, Vice President Electric and Steam Production 89 East Avenue Rochester, New York 14649 Gentlemen:
On June 16, 1983. the Division of Licensing (DL) staff completed their review of your modifications to the steam generator tube sleeving process for the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
Data regarding the problem with the steam generator tube sleeving process and the modifi-cations were provided in your letters dated May 24, 1983 and June 9, 1983.
Based on information provided by the DL staff, it has been determined that the acceptability review of the modifications and related items involved consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
It is re-quested that your company remit, this amount to our office.
