E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant This letter transmits for your information all of the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute (JAERI) Upper Plenum Injection (UPI) data currently under staff review.

The UPI data obtained so far are as follows:

"Quick-Look of CCTF Core-II Upper Plenum Injection Test (Run 72)," presented at the 2D/3D Analysis Meeting on March 27-30, 1984 at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

2.

JAERI Memo 58-166, "Data Report on Large Scale Reflood Test-42 (Run 053)," May 1983, which is a cold leg injection reference test for UPI Test Run 57.

3.

JAERI-58-155, "Data Report on Large Scale Reflood Test-43 (Run 054)," May 1983, which is a cold leg injection reference test for UPI Test Run 59.

4.

JAERI-Memo 58-416, "Quick-Look Report on CCTF Core-II Reflood

Test, C2-ASI (Run 59) - Investigation on the Reflood Phenomena Under UPI Condition," November 1983.

5.

JAERI-Nemo 58-415 "Quick-Look Report on CCFF Core II Reflood
