Me have received a copy of your application dated October 4, 1984', which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested additional exemptions from certain requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix R. for the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your application.
Since your application was filed after the June 20, 1984 effective date of the revision to 10 CFR 170 on fees. it fs subject to the provfsfon of the revised rule.
This rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each applica'tion for license amendment. relief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for your October 4 request.
Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the revfew of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
