Containment Spray Pumps Withdrawal of Amendment Request R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244
Dear Mr. Stahle:
Rochester Gas
& Electric submitted an Application for Amendment dated January 20, 1988 which, if approved, would revise the operability requirements for the containment spray pumps during safeguards testing.
RG&E has now developed a
method for performing the required testing which does not depend upon the Amendment request.
Therefore, RG&E withdraws the Application and requests that NRC review of the Amendment request be closed out with no action.
