A routine,
unannounced
inspection
was conducted
at your facility on February
15
- 18,
1988, to review implementation of your Radiation Protection
Program during
the outage.
Areas
examined in this review included posting
and labeling,
management
organization
and controls, training,
and internal
and external
exposure controls.
Within the scope of this review,
two apparent violations were identified.
Details are provided in enclosure
Appendix A.
You are required to respond to
these findings
by following the instructions
included in Appendix A.
Additionally, weaknesses
were identified in the areas of posting
and labeling,
level of management
oversight,
and the inventory system for high radiation area
keys.
These
are discussed
in the enclosed
Inspection
Report.
