of our findings by Mr. Cook with Mr. S.
M. Spector
and
other members of your staff periodically during the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection
are described
in the
NRC Region I
Inspection
Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel
and observations
by the
inspectors.
Based
on the results of this inspection,
no violations were observed.
However,
inspector review of the
low Power Physics Testing
Program indicates that your
test procedures
lack clarity and completeness.
Although the tests
were
properly performed,
the documentation
of test results
and procedural
reviews
does
not appear consistent with site review practices.
The resident inspector
will follow-up on actions to improve this area
in
a future inspection.
No response
to this letter is required.
