Dear Mr. Lear:
Amendment 13 to the Ginna Technical Specifications was issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by letter dated February 15i 1986.
Page 3.5-22 of that amendment contained a typographical error.
Item 2.id Noble Gas Effluent Monitors Plant Venti should be R-14Ai not R-14.
The error occurred during the retyping of page 3.5-22 and was not noticed during the Amendment process.
The error does not cause any safety concern because Ginna operators are aware of the error and have been applying the Technical Specification to the proper monitor> R-14A.
Enclosed is a revised page 3.5-22 which should be issued to correct the typographical error.
