Thank you for informing us of the corrective
and preventive actions that were
documented
in your letter.
We have reviewed the information you provided in support of your contention
that your NRC-approved physical security plan for the
R.
E. Ginna Nuclear
Power Plant was not violated as stated
in Violation 50-244/88-18-02.
Based
upon that, review and the considerations
discussed
in the Enclosure,
we have
determined that the violation is correct
as cited.
The modifications proposed
in your November 8,
1988 letter, if properly implemented,
would correct the
conditions noted in the violation.
The enclosure
to your letter and the enclosure
to this letter are being
withheld from public disclosure
since they contain
