On September 14, the reactor power level was reduced to 98% to perform a periodic test on the Auxiliary Feedwater System.

On September 17, the reactor power level was decreased to a low of 534 due to a mechanical seal failure on a heater drain pump.

The reactor, power level was restored to 1004 on September 18 and remained there for the remainder of the report period.
