Dear Mr. Ray:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations has closed the subject case regarding a former contract electrician.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a former contract electrician was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
