By this letter Entergy submits to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the attached Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS) Owners Activity Report (OAR-1) for Cycle 21.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI 2007 with 2008 addenda and NRC approved Code Case N-532-5. The report has been certified by the Authorized Nuclear lnservice Inspector (ANll) attesting that all code-required examinations and repair/re'placement activities at PNPS during Cycle 21 were performed in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Section XI.
