8 TO APPLICATION TO CONVERT PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE TO PULL-TERM OPERATXNG LICENSE Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, Applicant in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No.
8 to its Application to Convert Provisional Operating License to Full-Term Operating License.
This amendment transmits Revi-sion 4 to Supplement IV to Applicant's Technical Supplement Accompanying Application for a Full-Term Operating License.
Revision 4 further revises Supplement IV, filed with the Commission on July 1, 1974 and revisions to the Supplement, II filed August 23,
- 1974, November 1,
1974 and January 30,
- 1976, respectively.
These further revisions to Supplement IV reflect minor changes in the Ginna Station, Management and Quality Assurance Organizations, clarification of responsi-bilities and terminology associated with design control, review of nonconformances, supplier evaluations,
.and records processing; and endorsement of current NRC Regulatory Guides associated with quality assurance ANSX standards.
