AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO APPLICATION TO CONVERT PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE TO PULL-TERM OPERATXNG LICENSE Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, Applicant in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 8 to its Application to Convert Provisional Operating License to Full-Term Operating License. This amendment transmits Revi-sion 4 to Supplement IV to Applicant's Technical Supplement Accompanying Application for a Full-Term Operating License.

Revision 4 further revises Supplement IV, filed with the Commission on July 1, 1974 and revisions to the Supplement, II filed August 23, 1974, November 1, 1974 and January 30, 1976, respectively. These further revisions to Supplement IV reflect minor changes in the Ginna Station, Management and Quality Assurance Organizations, clarification of responsi-bilities and terminology associated with design control, review of nonconformances, supplier evaluations, .and records processing; and endorsement of current NRC Regulatory Guides associated with quality assurance ANSX standards.
