This letter's in response to your letter dated September 6,
1978 which was received on September ll, 1978.
Our response to your letter is very nearly complete.
- However, we believe that we can improve the completeness of our response by reviewing our response with other SEP utilities.
This will enable us to in-corporate qualification results which may not now be available to us.
We will submit our response to your request as soon as possible but no later than November 30, 1978.
