• In the referenced letter, APS submitted Revision 19 of the PVNGS UFSAR in accord_ance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.ll(e) but inadvertently omitted pages which incorporated approved changes to the UFSAR that occurred during the previous two years.

This letter corrects PVNGS UFSAR Revision 19 to include the omitted pages. Enclosure l contains CD-ROM Number 1 of 2 titled, PVNGS UFSAR Revision 19 . Corrected. An additional copy of CD-ROM Nuniber 1 of 2 will be provided to the NRC resident inspector's office at PVNGS. This CD-ROM includes the following files:
