Security RegionV 536 South Clark Street, Flopr 7 Chicago, Illinois 60605 FM AUG 0 3 2017 Enclosed is the Final After Action Report/Improvement Plan for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program Partial-Participation Plume Exposure Pathway Exercise held on May 2, 2017.

There were no Level 1 or Level 2 Findings, and no Plan Issues, identified for the State of Ohio, Ottawa County, or Lucas County.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for the State of Ohio and affected local jurisdictions provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR Part 350 approval of the offsite radiological *emergency respo~e plans and preparedness for the State of Ohio remain in effect.
