with respect
to these
matters
is required.
The enclosed
Inspection
Report
also identifies activities that
appeared
to deviate
from
written
commitments
to the
NRC that will not require
a response
because
the
licensee's
efforts
in identifying
and/or
correcting
the
deviation
were
appropriate.
Your attention is .invited to an unresolved
item identified in the inspection
report.
This matter will be pursued
