& M82461 Generic Letter 91-11 On January 28, 1992, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) letter L-92-8 provided a response to Generic Letter 91-11.
The response stated that the procedure changes to implement the recommendations of Generic Letter 91-11 would be completed by March 31,

G. Goldberg) dated February 2, 1992, the NRC requested FPL to notify the staff when the procedures were in place.
