H72169 AND M72170)
This letter modifies and supersedes our letter to you dated September 16,
- 1991, on the same subject.
Subsequent to our letter, an agreement was reached during a meeting between Combustion Engineering Owners Group (CEOG) and the NRC staff held September 18 and 19, 1991, in Windsor, Connecticut.
The agreement provides that submittal of the final report satisfies the requirements of NRC Bulletin 88-11, action item 1.b.
It also provides that CEOG member utilities will not be required to file a justification for continued operation (JCO), provided that the final report is submitted to the staff by December 31, 1991.
II If the final report is not submitted by December 31, 1991, you should submit a
JCO by January 31, 1992.
