LUCIE UNIT 1 - ASNE CODE CASES N-432 AND N-474-1 This is in response to your letter of September 26, 1991 (L-91-255), regarding the review of AStlE Code Cases N-432 and N-474-1'.

As explained in our letter of August 14, 1991, the staff suspended the review of the above request because the anticipated repairs of the pressurizer heater sleeves did not materialize.

Should the need for repairs arise in the future, upon notification, we will reactivate the review and to the extent possible try to accommodate your schedular constraints.

Since such repairs have a bearing on the restart date of your facility, your request would receive the highest priority ranking for the review effort.
