UNIHPLEYiEt<TED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT ST.
LUCIE UNITS 1 AND 2 On October 19, 1989, the staff issued Generic Letter (GL) 89-21 which requested information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (USIs) at your facility.
Based on your response to this GL, dated November 22, 1989 and our review of Agency records and discussions with your staff, we have compiled the enclosed list representing our assessrrent of USI implementation at your facilig.
These results were presented to the Commission at a meeting on February 14, 1990.
The enclosure to this letter presents our understanding of the current status of all unimplemnted USIs for the St.
Lucie Plant.
Me encourage your effort to complete the unimp lemented USIs.
