LUCIE FACILITY DURING THE WEEK OF APRIL 23-27, AND MAY 7-11, 1990.
This letter is to confirm the above dates for the subject inspection.
The inspection dates were discussed during a
telephone conversation between M. Snyder, of your staff and B. Breslau, of this office on February 13, 1990.
The materials that the team must have available for the inspection are identified in the enclosure to this letter.
An advance copy of the listed items is not required,
- however, a list of procedures that address the areas
- identified in the enclosure would facilitate the inspection.
