CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. D. Chancy of your staff and Mr. K. Poertner of my staff on July 3,
- 1989, concerning a
management meeting to be held at the St.
Lucie site on July 18, 1989.
The time of the meeting was established as 10:00 a.m.
(EST).
This meeting will be open to the public.
We requested this meeting to review the results of our Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) Program for your St.
Lucie facility.
This program involves an appraisal of your regulatory performance by selected NRC managers.
Your regulatory performance was evaluated for the period November 1, 1987 through April 30, 1989.
The report will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
