With your application dated April 4, 1989, you remitted a check for
$ 150.
This application was for Technical Specification Changes related to Administrative Controls requirements for the St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
The enclosed revisions to 10 CFR 170 that became effective on January 30, 1989, deleted the requirement for a
$ 150 application fee for reactor applications and topical reports.
Therefore, a
$ 150 check does not need to be remitted with future applications.
As an administrative convenience, we are not refunding the
$ 150 to you.
Instead we will give credit for it when an invoice is issued for review of that application.
Let us know if this is not acceptable to you.
