5. Description of Work: Leakage from holes in I-6-CW-406 necessitated repair by cutting out degraded area and patching with new metal cut from replacement pipe (Heat No. 400030). An existing pipe flange downstream of repair area was temporarily removed to facilitate repair and replaced by rewelding after completion of repair.
