St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 S ent Fuel Rerack By letter L-87-245, dated June 12,
- 1987, Florida Power Light Company (FPL) submitted a proposed license amendment to permit replacement of the spent fuel pool racks at St. Lucie Unit 1 to ensure that sufficient future capacity exists for storage of spent fuel.
In various correspondence subsequent, to the above submittal
- date, the NRC Staff requested additional information it needed to continue its review of the proposed license amendment.
FPL has responded to all of these information requests.
Additionally, FPL has met with the NRC on several occasions discussing various aspects of the St. Lucie Unit, 1 spent fuel pool rerack.
Enclosed is Revision 1 to the Spent, Fuel Storage Facility Modification Safety Analysis Report submitted in FPL's June 12, 1987 application and replaces Attachment 3 to that letter in its entirety.
This revision incorporates changes to certain sections resulting from the FPL to NRC correspondence and the meetings with the Staff.
