The Commission has forwarded the enclosed "Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination" to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
This notice relates to your September 4, 1987 application, as supplemented by letter dated September 11, 1987, to change the steam generator tube sample selection and inspection technical specifications.
The change would add a
special inspection region associated with the batwings of the steam generators.
