Re:

St. Lucie Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335, 50-389 Emer enc Plan Revision l6 Pursuant to IO CFR 50.54(q) attached is one copy of Revision l6 to the Radiological Emergency Plan for St. Lucie Plant.

The revision has been reviewed by the Facility Review Group and determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the plan.

Due to an administrative error, the revision was not sent within the 30 days required by the regulation.

FPL has reviewed the other Emergency Plan Changes and changes to the Emergency Plan Implementing procedures and determined it is an isolated case.

In addition, FPL is reviewing the method used to track the implementation of this regulation to prevent reoccurrence.

Very truly yours, C. O. Wood Group Vice President Nuclear Energy COW/GRM/cvb
