63 to License No.

DPR-67 acknowledged your agreement to provide this reanalysis.

The ONRR staff has determined that this report needs to be reviewed for acceptability.

This is based on your reanalysis demonstrating a higher return to power than the previously presented analysis.

Therefore, it is subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170.

It is requested that your Company remit the required application fee of

$ 150 to our office for the reanalysis.

Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of it in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
