LUCIE PLANT UNIT NO.
1 In your submittals of September 17, 1984 and February 4, 1985 you supplied additional information regarding the use of Exxon Nuclear creep collapse methodology on Combustion Engineering fuel.
A copy of our safety evaluation is enclosed.
Sincerely, The staff has completed its review of =your submittals and has determined that the use of the Exxon methodology on CE fuel is acceptable.
Based on this, the current license condition 2.C.(4) has been satisfied and no longer applies.
You should initiate action to have license condition 2.C.(4) deleted at your earliest convenience.
