By letter dated October 16, 1984, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff informed your Company of their approval of your application dated March 13, 1984, and issued Amendment No.
7 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-16 for the St. Lucie Plant Unit No. 2.
This application requested approval of reracking of the spent fuel pools.
A Class III fee ($4,000) was remitted with your app1ication pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final reviev of your application, it has been determined that a Class IY fee
$12,300) is appropriate since the review involved several safety considerations'ee SER and TER issued With Amendment No. 7).
Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the additional sum of $8,300 to this office to complete the fees for your March 13 application.
