In a series of letters beginning with your letter, L-83-214, dated April 5, 1983, you requested relief from the inservice inspection requirements called for by the technical specifications.

The requests involved the reactor in-ternals of St. Lucie Plant, Unit No.

1 Due to the extended outage associated with the removal of the thermal shield and repair of the core support barrel on St. Lucie 1, this request became moot.

In your letter, L-84-34 dated February 16, 1984. you withdrew the earlier requests for relief from the technical specification inservice inspection requirements.

The staff has reviewed this request and agrees that no further action is required and your application for relief is no longer needed.

Action on this relief request has been terminated by the staff.

This licensing action is considered closed and no further action is required.
