+Ra/pp gW Re'St. Lucie Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-389 License Amendment Fees Florida Power 8 Light Company (FPL) is in receipt of your March l2, l984, letter requesting
$4,000.00 remittance for license amendment fees pursuant to IO CFR l70.22, for proposed changes to License Condition 2.C.7 regarding natural circulation coo ldown and boron mixing.
Although no fee determination was indicated with the July 7, l983 application, FPL believes that should the amendment have been required, the change would have been administrative in nature.
It appears that NRC concurs, in that, referring to the Federal Re ister prenotice, NRC stated, "The staff considers that none of these changes involve a safety concern."
Therefore, pursuant to IO CFR l70.22, enclosed is a check in the amount of.$ I,200.00 for a Class II license Amendment fee.
