ES-401 Record of Reiected llAs Form ES-401-4 Question 87 (12 on SRO Exam): Original KA drawn through random sample G2.4.4. for system 209001(Low Pressure Core Spray System). We were unable to generate a question suitable for the SRO level. V/e elected to maintain the system and select a more suitable I(4. Utilizing a random selection process we replaced Generic KA2.4.4 with Generic KA 2.2.37 Ability to determine operability andlor availability of safety related equipment.
