Dear Mr. Wethy:
This letter is in response to your request of November 15, 1982, for exemption from NRC administered Requalification Examinations for the St. Lucie staff for the year 1982.
Since we were unable to begin administering these examinations in October 1982, as originally scheduled, an exemption is not necessary.
I have discussed our 1983 Requalification Examination Plans with your training staff during our site visit the week of December 6, 1982.
