LUCIE PLANT. UNIT 2 - HO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE FINDING With reference to the operating license antitrust review of the captioned nuclear unit, the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made a finding, in accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as
- amended, that no significant (antitrust) changes in the licensees'ctivities or proposed activities have occurred subsequent to the previous construction permit review.
The Director's initial finding is subject to reevaluation if a member of the public requests one in response to publication of this finding in the Federal R~eister.
