TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) -WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN)- NPDES PERMIT NO. TN0020168-SECTION 316(B) COMPLIANCE STUDY REPORTS In accordance with Part 111.H. of the subject permit, TVA is herein submitting for review the following information required under 40 CFR §122.21 paragraphs:

Operational status TVA will be preparing a request for TDEC's consideration to waive the information requirements of§ 122.21 (r)(9) through (13). The waiver request, to be submitted to TDEC in August 2017, will be based on the information submitted herein focusing on existing cooling system flow reductions at WBN and other relevant factors.
