Docket No. 50-335 Post-TMI Requirements RCS Vent System Procedures The purpose of this letter is.to transmit*to you a copy of our "draft" Reactor Coolant Gas Vent System Off-Hormal operating procedure.

The procedure has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group but has not been approved for use.

However, it was found to be acceptable for transmittal as an approved draft of the procedure.

We trust that the enclosed procedure will facilitate the NRC staff's review and approval of our Reactor Coolant Gas Vent System.
