Dear Mr. Williams:

This letter verifies that Radiology Associates, Inc. will provide radiological emergency medical

care, on a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> per day basis, at the request of Florida Power

& Light Company (FPL) in accordance with the Agreement between FPL and Radiology Associates, Inc.

Five physicians, who were trained in "Medical Planning and Care in Radiation Accidents" at the REAC/TS facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, are members of our staff.

These physi cians will provide the required medical service at the Lawnwood Medical Center, Ft. Pierce, Florida or at such other hospital as may be mutually agreeable.

The Lawnwood Medical Center X-'ray facility is staffed by Radiology Associates physicians; an off-hours duty roster is maintained for emergency response purposes.

Contact with these physi cians will be made by or at the direction of the hospital Nursing Supervisor or Emergency Room nurse if an injured and contaminated person is sent to the Medical Center by FPL.
