RE(UEST FOR.,NtNAGEHENT ACTION TO FURNISH REQUIRED INFORl tATION At a June 19, 1981 meeting with your staff in Bethesda, we again emphasized the need to furnish us your analyses of asymmetric LOCA blowdown loads, which was initially requested earlier this year.

The Containment Systems Branch reviewers require this information in order to complete the FSAR review in their area of responsibility to meet the review schedule for issuance of their SER input by September 12, 1981.

Your staff informed us at the meeting that the magnitude of the effort is such that based on your current schedule, the needed information would not be provided until the end of 1981.

Your staff also indicated that you were examining methods to improve upon your current schedule.

Your attention is needed to assure that the necessary action is taken to furnish us the required information in a timely manner.

Please inform me of the course of action you are taking.
