St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 This letter is being submitted for your information.
On January 15, 1980 (L-80-24), Florida Power 8 Light Company provided information on projected power reliability in Southeast Florida during the months of February and March of this year.
On March 3, 1980, Florida Power 8
Light Company had a
new system one hour peak of 10,174.megawatts which included 450 megawatts being sold to Florida. Power Corporation to help meet their system demand.
If any of our nuclear<plants had

been shut down, we would not have been able to meet this demand.
