In four 'letter you provided an interim commitment for demonstrating compliance to 40 CFR Part 190.
This latter is to inform you that the report required by Technical Specification 3.9.1.a or 3.9.2.a, Appendix A, for Turkey Poin't and Technical Specifications 2.4.l.h and 2.4.3.e, Appendix B, for St. Lucie-should include a dose assessment with respect to conformance with 40 CFR Part 190, or Mhatever a variance to 40 CFR Part 190 is pro/ected.
