1979, ve have determined that the flange material utilized for. various safety related systems may not be consistent arith the requirements of the ANSX 316.5-1963 code.

Pursuant. to lOCPR50.55(e) requirements, an inte im deficiency report is attached.

A final deficiency report vill be submitted by May 1, 1980.
