In accordance with your requ'est'-per TAC 6726, enclosed is. the Plant Systems" Branch Safety Evaluation pep'.t'pertaining to the St. Lucie 1 proposed Technical Specification chanteys on surveillance, requirements for AC power sources.
Me find the licensee's proposed Technical Specification changes unacceptable on the basis that they do not conform to Regulatory Guide 1.93 and the PHR Standard Technical Specifications.
As such, the licensee should be notified that the proposed Technical Specification changes dated September 8,
1978 are not acceptable. for incorporation into the existing St. Lucie 1
Technical Specifications.

In accordance with your request per TAC 6726, enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch Safety Evaluation Report pertaining to the St. Lucie 1 proposed Technical Specification changes on surveillance requirements for AC power sources.
