- RIngram, ORB-4 I'his office has received a copy of your letter dated August 17, 1979, which transmitted your Security Training and gualification Plan for Turkey Point Un)ts 3 and 4 and St. Lucie Unit 1 to the Office of Hucloar Reactor Regula-tion (Oi)RR) for review and approval as required by 10 CFR Part 73 of the CorI".aission's regulations.
The submittal was not accompanied by fee deter-minations and approval or amendment fees as required by Sections 170.12(c) and 170.22 of 10 CFR 170.
Based on guidance from the 0l'ERR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your Plan, ae have determined that the Plan for the two sites involves consideration of a safeguards issue requiring a Class III fee of $4,000 each for one of the Turkey Point units and St. Lucie Unit 1 and a duplicate fee of $400 for the other Turkey Point unit.
You should promptly forward to this office fees totalling $8t400.
If the final review of your Plan by the O.'IRR staff reveals that these fees are incorrect, you will be refunded any overpay-ment or billed for any additional amount due.
