This is written in response to your letter of August 2, 1979 (L-79-210),
in which you requested an extension of the schedular requirements of item 3 of IE Bulletin 79-14 for Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4, and St. Lucie, Unit l.
Our review of your request has determined that you have not provided sufficient justification to warrant granting any relief from the Bulletin requirements.
However, you may, based upon the results of the inspection and verification program to be completed under item 2 of the Bulletin, provide additional information in support of your requested schedule extension.
